How To Find Us
Directions
We are situated adjacent to the main A9 heading North
at Doll, just before Brora in East Sutherland.
Coming from the South, after you drive through the small town of
Golspie (you can’t miss it – Golspie is the first town whose
main street you actually drive through on the whole of the A9 heading North!) you
will pass the turning for Dunrobin Castle on your right. Keep heading
along the A9, along a long straight, watching for Cairn Liath Broch on the
right at the end of the straight. After this landmark, you will pass
two cottages on the right hand side quite close together, then some fields,
and Highlands Unbridled is the next property on the right hand side.
Coming from the North, after you have left Brora on the
A9, we are the second property on the left hand side.
Public Transport Information
There is a Bus and Train station at Brora, and we offer pick up from either at no extra charge. The nearest Airport is at Inverness. There is a shuttle bus that takes you into the town centre, where you can connect with a bus or train to Brora, or we can arrange for you to be collected from the airport – however there will be a charge for this service.
Please advise us at the time of booking if you require collecting in order for us to make arrangements well in advance. Public transport this far North is not frequent! On average we have 4 buses and 4 trains a day. Before booking flights, please check that there will be a bus or train leaving at the right time for you to be able to catch it – allow extra time for delays, and for your bus journey from the Airport into Inverness town, unless of course, you are happy to pay the extra for collection!
We suggest you check www.travelinescotland.com as they can provide all public transport information for air, rail and bus or coach, within Scotland and from major Cities through out the UK.
